Hello, Hello and welcome in! I want to take this moment to let you have a little glimpse of what to expect on your first visit. I am located within My Salon Suites in the beautiful Portofino shopping center in suite 250 we are in the center of the main complex. There is ample parking in the front of the building and also parking in the back entrance located behind the building facing David Memorial Drive. We are on the second floor which can be accessed by stair or elevator. Please locate my suite number on the directory and I will buzz you in through our state of the art security system. Once inside, you will find me down the hallway on your left hand side. I like to begin each new client experience with a consultation so that we can make sure to cover all concerns and formulate a plan for your best hair ever. I recommend each new guest email me ( emaley@emaleyshouseofhair.com ) before their appointment with pictures of their hair currently and what the desired outcome will be so that I am able to book the appropriate amount of time for you personal hair needs.

To book a new client haircut and blow out appointment, please go to my book now tab and once directed to schedulicity, select the “Block one” option.

To book a new client color service such as: grey coverage, single all over color, mini or partial highlight (this will include haircut time as well if desired) please select the “Block two” option.

To book a new client color service such as: full highlight, highlight with root color, balayage or foilayage (this will include time for haircut if desired) please select the “Block three” option.

For a new client looking for corrective color service such as: repairing an undesirable chemical service or going from very dark to very light please select the “Block Four” option. Please be advised that these services will be charged on an hourly rate as discussed in the consultation at the beginning of the appointment.

Redo and return policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your hair, I offer a redo service if reported to me via email within 7 days of original appointment date. retail products may be exchanged for full value within 30 days of original purchase.

Cancellation Policy

To protect the integrity of my availability and to offer my guests the most convenient appointment times possible, I do enforce a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to make your appointment please notify me via email before 24 hours prior to your appointment. First cancellation within 24 hours will result in a $25 fee due before any future appointments will be booked. If late cancellation becomes excessive, you may lose the ability to book future appointments.
